Our consultation process is tailored to suit you! We encourage enquiries via email or phone but face to face is where we can tailor the service to your individual unique needs. Before making your installation appointment, an in-salon consultation is required to ensure our extensions are suitable for you.

Once we receive your enquiry, you will receive our extension information and price guide. This includes information about our hand-tied wefts, installation methods, pricing and the full process.

Our weft extension stylists will guide you through the whole extensions process. Starting with a thorough consultation around aesthetic and lifestyle wants and needs, our team will step you right through your extension choices, maintenance plan, and your very own colour and cut customisation.

Do the Extensions cause damage to my hair?

No, because there is no glue, tape or bonding method used on your natural hair. The wefts are sewn in and your stylist will choose the right tension for your hair texture. Also, when looked after correctly and with all the right home care there is no matting created, therefore protecting your natural hair.

Can I colour my extensions?

Yes, Our Extensions can be coloured, and we can match them to whatever you need but it is not recommended for them to be lightened. We can create your dream colour with your wefts.

How often do they need to be moved up?

We recommend every 6-8 weeks to ensure you are looking after both the extensions and your natural hair.

How often will I need to wash my hair?

We recommend 1-2 times per week.

Are the Extensions real hair?

YES, our hair extensions are 100% human hair.

How long does my hair need to be to have hair extensions?

We recommend your hair is at least touching your shoulders to add length and achieve a seamless result. For shorter hair, we recommend approximately the same length to add thickness until your hair grows to the shoulder length.

How are the weft extensions applied?

We apply them with a track micro beaded system and the hair wefts are then sewn into the track.

How long do extensions last for?

Treating your hair correctly, 6-12 months is our general guide when our strict protocol is adhered to.

Can I get my extensions wet at the beach?

NO! we advise that you not get your hair extensions exposed to saltwater or chlorine!

Will my hair grow slow with extensions in?

No, we find it grows quicker, as, with our system of home care it is very well looked after.

Why do I need a consult beforehand?

We need to ensure we have matched your dream hair correctly and that we have enough of the colours we need for you. We then need time booked in to colour match, cut and style them.
